Delhi NCR covers Delhi and the neighbouring cities of Gurugram, Noida, Ghaziabad and Faridabad. Listings on TheParkingWorld come from across the region, from residential colonies in Delhi to gated societies in Gurugram and Noida.
This guide explains where spaces are listed, what they cost and what to check before renting. The figures are calculated live from the listings and drivers' requests on this site, for the whole region together.
Where the spaces are
In Delhi, spaces are listed in residential colonies such as Dwarka, Palam and Malviya Nagar, and in east Delhi around Shahdara and Pandav Nagar. Outside Delhi, they are mostly in the sectors and societies of Gurugram, Noida and Ghaziabad. Some are in independent houses or on empty plots.
Right now the areas with the most spaces listed are Rajpur Khurd Extension, Chattarpur (1), Mohan Garden (1), Pitampura (1), Jhandewalan Metro Station (1), Sadh Nagar Palam Colony (1) and Gaur City 2 (1).

Where drivers are looking
Drivers have posted 45 requests for parking in Delhi NCR, most often for Dwarka, Indirapuram, Sector 52, Wazirabad, Vaishali and Near Ambience Island. That is more requests than there are spaces listed (33).
Requests come from both sides of the region, from Dwarka and Janakpuri in the west to Indirapuram and Vaishali near Ghaziabad. Because distances are large, drivers usually want a space within a short walk of home.
What monthly parking costs
Owners in Delhi NCR currently ask between ₹1,000 and ₹25,000 a month. Half of them ask between ₹2,000 and ₹4,000; the median is ₹3,000. Drivers' posted budgets have a median of ₹2,000, below what most owners ask, so there is usually room to agree a rent in between.
Rent depends on the locality, whether the space is covered and whether it is inside a gated society or colony. Spaces on open plots or that fit only a small car are usually cheaper.
26 of the 33 listings are covered, 23 mention CCTV, 9 have a security guard, as described by their owners.
Things to know about parking in Delhi NCR
- Search close to home. Distances across NCR are large, so search near the place you will actually park every day rather than by city.
- Gated societies. In Gurugram and Noida most spaces are inside gated societies. Check the society's rules on tenants' or outsiders' vehicles and how gate access works.
- Colony parking. In many Delhi colonies street parking is scarce. A space inside a house compound or a covered stilt is more secure than a spot on the lane.
- Independent houses and plots. Ask whether the space is covered, how the gate is locked at night and whether you will have your own key or need to call the owner.
Checklist before you rent
- See the spot before you pay. Visit at the time you will normally park and leave, and check how easy it is to get in and out, especially in a shared basement or a narrow lane.
- Measure against your car. Listings say "Any car" or "Small car". If you drive an SUV or a long sedan, check the width of the bay, pillars on either side and the height of any ramp or gate.
- Ask about access hours. Some buildings lock gates at night or restrict entry on certain days. Make sure the hours suit your work or travel.
- Check permission in apartment buildings. Many housing societies have rules about letting parking to non-residents. Ask the owner whether the society or association allows it, so you are not asked to leave later.
- Agree the terms in writing. Write down the monthly rent, any deposit, the notice period on both sides, and what happens if the space is unavailable. A simple signed agreement avoids most disputes.
- Pay the owner directly and keep receipts. On TheParkingWorld, rent and deposit are settled between you and the owner; TheParkingWorld does not collect rent or charge commission. Prefer traceable payments such as UPI or bank transfer.
- Think about the monsoon. For open plots and low-lying basements, ask whether water collects during heavy rain.
If you have a space to let
If you have a spare covered space in a colony or society, describe exactly where it is: the sector or block and the nearest metro station or landmark. Drivers in NCR filter heavily by location.
- Describe the space precisely. Covered or open, basement or stilt, which car sizes fit, and whether there is EV charging. Drivers filter on these details.
- Add clear photos. One photo of the bay and one of the entrance answer most questions before anyone calls you.
- Price against nearby listings. The figures on this page show what other owners in the city are asking. A rent in line with the area usually fills faster.
- Check your building's rules. If the space is in an apartment complex, confirm that the society or association allows renting it out.
- Keep the listing up to date. Mark it inactive once it is rented, so drivers are not left waiting for a reply.
