TheParkingWorld.com ("we," "us," "our") provides an online platform that connects parking space owners ("Listers") with individuals seeking parking spaces ("Renters"). By accessing, browsing, or using our website, mobile application, or services (collectively, "Services"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately discontinue using our Services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

2. User Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Eligibility Requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

2.2 Account Verification:

We may require identity verification, property ownership proof, or other documentation to ensure platform security and trust. You agree to provide such verification upon request.

2.3 Account Responsibility:

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breaches.

3. Platform Services and Description

TheParkingWorld operates as a neutral online marketplace that facilitates connections between parking space owners and seekers. Our Services include:

• Listing and discovery of parking spaces
• Communication tools between users
• Booking management features
• User review and rating systems
• Customer support services

Important: We are not a party to any rental agreements between Listers and Renters. We do not own, sell, resell, furnish, provide, manage, or control any parking spaces nor do we broker rental contracts.

4. Lister Responsibilities and Obligations

4.1 Listing Accuracy:

As a Lister, you warrant that:

• You have legal rights to list the parking space (ownership or authorized representation)
• All listing information is accurate, truthful, and not misleading
• You maintain the parking space in safe, clean, and accessible condition
• You disclose any restrictions, limitations, or special requirements

4.2 Pricing and Availability:

Listers set their own prices and availability. You agree to honor published prices and maintain accurate availability calendars. Price changes for existing reservations are prohibited.

4.3 Legal Compliance:

Listers are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, zoning requirements, homeowner association rules, and insurance requirements.

5. Renter Responsibilities and Obligations

5.1 Booking Requirements:

As a Renter, you agree to:

• Use the parking space only for its intended purpose
• Comply with all Lister rules and property regulations
• Park only vehicles that fit within the specified space dimensions
• Not conduct any illegal activities on the premises

5.2 Vehicle and Property Care:

Renters are responsible for their vehicle and any damage caused to the parking space or surrounding property. Report any pre-existing damage to the Lister immediately upon arrival.

5.3 Timely Payments:

Pay all agreed-upon fees promptly. Late payments may result in additional charges or termination of parking privileges.

6. Booking and Payment Terms

6.1 Booking Process:

Bookings are confirmed when both parties agree to terms and payment is processed. Listers must honor confirmed bookings unless mutually agreed otherwise.

6.2 Payment Processing:

While we may provide payment processing services through third-party providers, financial transactions are ultimately between Listers and Renters. We are not responsible for payment disputes, failed transactions, or banking issues.

6.3 Cancellation Policy:

Each Lister sets their own cancellation policy. Renters should review cancellation terms before booking. We recommend Listers establish fair and reasonable cancellation policies.

6.4 Refunds and Disputes:

Refund requests must be handled directly between users. We may provide dispute resolution assistance but are not obligated to mediate or determine outcomes.

7. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to engage in the following prohibited activities:

• Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users
• Using the platform for any illegal purposes
• Circumventing our fees or payment systems
• Uploading malicious code or attempting to compromise platform security
• Impersonating other individuals or entities
• Collecting user information without authorization
• Interfering with platform operations or performance

8. Content and Intellectual Property

8.1 User Content:

By posting content on our platform, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such content for platform operations.

8.2 Platform Intellectual Property:

All platform content, including logos, trademarks, text, graphics, and software, is our property or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

8.3 Copyright Compliance (DMCA):

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe your copyright has been infringed, please contact us with: (a) identification of copyrighted work, (b) location of infringing material, (c) your contact information, (d) statement of good faith belief, and (e) signature.

9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our Services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our written consent.
